For the first time since 2004, the Cleveland Browns are expected to be in the playoffs this year, according to a study from the team’s new owners.
The Browns have been to the postseason in each of the past three seasons.
The study looked at the average home price of the Cleveland Cavaliers, who are scheduled to host the Philadelphia Eagles in the first round of the playoffs on Thursday night.
The study also looked at homes in Los Angeles, Chicago, Philadelphia and Washington, D.C.
The Browns will be entering a season with the highest average home prices in the NFL.
Cleveland is scheduled to be $2,500 above the NFL median home price.
The average price of a single-family home in Cleveland, $924, has climbed to $2.3 million from $1.8 million last season.
The median price of single-story homes in the city increased by $150,000 from $98,000 last season to $161,000.
The Cavaliers will be competing with teams in Philadelphia, Philadelphia, Los Angeles and Chicago to host a playoff game on Thursday.
They are also in competition with other teams to host playoff games in Miami, Las Vegas and Miami.
The NFL is expected to play its first postseason game in Cleveland on Thursday when the Los Angeles Rams host the New York Giants at 1:30 p.s. on ESPN.
The Rams have been in the postseason since 2004 and will play at the Coliseum in Oakland on Thursday for the first game.
The Bengals, Giants and Eagles will be playing their first games at Candlestick Park in San Francisco on Friday night.
The Cowboys will host the San Francisco 49ers on Saturday.
The 49ers were the last team to win the Super Bowl.
The Cleveland Browns have played their first playoff game in 2017 and have been undefeated since they began playing in the National Football League in 1947.
